Our mission
Fueled by the brave journey of sweet Giorgia and her family, Love, Giorgia was created to bring comfort, hope, and strength to families facing the unimaginable. Born with a rare malignant teratoma, Giorgia endured a 7.5-hour surgery at just 5 days old and completed 4 rounds of chemotherapy before she was 5 months old. Her story is one of resilience, love, and the power of community.
Inspired by her courage, our mission is to ease hospital stays and cancer treatments—including NICU experiences—by providing comfort, support, and encouragement to patients and their families. At the heart of Love, Giorgia is our core belief: no child or family should feel alone in their fight. We exist to lift spirits, share strength, and wrap families in love during their hardest moments.
Making a difference
Love, Giorgia is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by partnering with Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) to provide comfort and support in both the NICU and oncology units. We have already been honored to donate to CHOC and are excited to continue strengthening this partnership with the help of funds raised through upcoming events.
Our long-term vision is to grow beyond one-time donations and offer families the specific, tangible support they need—whether that means essentials, comfort items, or moments of joy during difficult hospital stays. Beginning in our hometown of Costa Mesa, California, we hope to expand our reach across the state and, one day, throughout the country, so that no family has to face their child’s medical journey alone.
Key activities
To bring our mission to life, Love, Giorgia hosts an annual golf tournament that raises vital funds to support families during their most challenging times. Thanks to the generosity of our community, these funds allow us to provide meaningful, targeted assistance to children battling cancer and to families with infants in the NICU, ensuring they feel supported, cared for, and never alone.
